As man who has made many tens of thousands of burgers in various gastro pubs and similar venues, this is art. It’s not too tall, but just audacious enough to give the customer pause. The yolk is suspended perfectly, so that if you look at it wrong it will explode all over your face like a porno. Home made bun, and all the stuff but nothing silly like the bloody Mary special down the block. Bravo.
